Animals for Adoption

Albury RSPCA is a branch of the RSPCA (not a shelter). All animals are in foster care with our fantastic foster care volunteers who provide their homes until a new permanent home can be found. (Much nicer than animals in cages.)

A little about me:

A beautiful lady who's main aim in life is to love and be loved. After a bad start in life I am now happy and becoming more confident. I love to be with my family especially cuddles on the lounge. I am good in the car on trips. I bark when a stranger comes and will guard my property and my family but settle when told its ok. I am  house trained and sleep inside. When I have done something I think is wrong or think I am in trouble I lift my lip in a little apologetic smile. I do not mind humans taking food off me even out of my mouth and sit and wait quietly to be given my food. I love to play soccer with the kids, chase balls-sticks, play hide and seek and love to swim.

Floppy is an energetic dog that enjoys and needs to go for daily walks. He waits patiently of a morning for the younger members of his foster family to wake before barking in anticipation of their morning pat and knows exactly when they arrive home from school, waiting eagerly for them to play. Floppy loves to chase a tennis ball and play tug-a-war with the rope. He understands commands such as sit, roll over, turn around and jump. Floppy eats well, is house trained and currently sleeps outside.

Molly has come a long way since being in foster care. She has really come out of her shell and is now a sweet and loving dog. Initially she came into us quite timid and scared but is now a happy and content little six year old Maltese X.

She is currently living with two other Maltese and she gets along with them like they are their best friends. She has been outside for most of her life and is not toilet trained but walks well on the lead.

This lovely lady would make a sweet life long companion for someone who lives in a quiet home and is prepared to give her all the love and cuddles that she needs
